Job Summary: The HR Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resource functions within the healthcare facility, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures smooth HR operations to support high-quality patient care and efficient hospital administration.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, confirm your Job Descriptions with the Interviewer:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for medical, paramedical, and non-medical staff.
    • Conduct interviews, background checks, and reference verifications.
    • Facilitate induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Address employee grievances and promote a positive workplace culture.
    • Maintain employee engagement through welfare programs and events.
    • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Attendance & Payroll:
    • Monitor attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
    • Coordinate with the finance department for accurate payroll processing.
  • Training & Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
    • Ensure continuous professional development of healthcare staff.
  • Performance Management:
    • Assist in setting KPIs and conducting performance appraisals.
    • Track employee performance and recommend rewards or corrective actions.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
    • Ensure adherence to labor laws, hospital policies, and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH/JCI).
    • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Health, Safety & Welfare:
    • Promote workplace safety and employee well-being programs.
    • Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Any degree with minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, healthcare compliance, and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRIS).
