Job Title: FACILITY MANAGER
Job Summary: The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of all hospital facilities and support services. This role ensures that buildings, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure are well maintained and compliant with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and accreditation requirements. The Facility Manager coordinates maintenance, housekeeping, security, waste management, and vendor services to support high-quality patient care and a clean, safe healing environment.

- Oversee day-to-day facility operations to ensure a safe, clean, and functional hospital environment.
- Manage maintenance of buildings, utilities, HVAC, medical gas systems, electrical and plumbing services.
- Ensure compliance with hospital safety standards, NABH/JCI guidelines, fire safety, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance for all hospital infrastructure and equipment
- Manage biomedical and general waste disposal in line with regulatory norms.
- Handle vendor management, AMC contracts, and procurement of facility-related materials and services.
Qualifications & Education:
- MBA
- Minimum 10 years experience in managing hospital facility
- Knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards (NABH, JCI, ISO) is desirable.
- Training or certification in fire safety, occupational health & safety, or disaster management is a plus
- Strong understanding of hospital infrastructure systems
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems and basic computer applications
