Job Title: Factory Worker
Job Summary: As a factory worker, you will play a pivotal role in the production process within our manufacturing facility. Your primary responsibilities will include operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring the efficient flow of production to meet quality and quantity standards. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Machine Operation:
- Operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot minor issues to ensure continuous operation.
- Adjust machine settings as necessary to meet production requirements.
- Product Assembly:
- Assemble components or parts to create finished products according to specifications.
- Follow assembly instructions and quality control guidelines to ensure product integrity.
- Inspect finished products for defects and inconsistencies, reporting any issues to supervisors.
- Material Handling:
- Transport raw materials, components, or finished products within the factory using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
- Load and unload materials from trucks or conveyor belts as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of material movements and inventory levels.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct visual inspections of products at various stages of the production process to identify defects or irregularities.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet established standards.
- Record inspection results and communicate any deviations from quality specifications.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety guidelines while operating machinery or handling materials.
Qualifications:
- 10th or equivalent.
- Basic English knowledge.
- Physically fit.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or factory work preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
