Position: Chef

Overview: Chefs play a central role in culinary establishments, overseeing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food. They are responsible for creating menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the quality and consistency of dishes.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Menu Planning: Develop menus based on seasonal ingredients, culinary trends, and customer preferences.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring they meet quality and presentation standards.
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee kitchen operations, including food ordering, inventory management, and budgeting.

Position: Receptionist

Overview: Receptionists serve as the first point of contact for visitors and customers, providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations in a variety of settings, including offices, hotels, medical facilities, and other businesses.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting and Welcoming: Welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answering Inquiries: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing information about the organization’s products, services, or policies.
  • Managing Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and mail, routing messages to the appropriate recipients.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations, coordinating with staff and clients to ensure availability.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing documents.
  • Maintaining Records: Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and inquiries for reference and reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

Position: Housekeeping Staff

Overview: Housekeeping staff play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation standards in hotels, resorts, hospitals, offices, and other establishments. They ensure that facilities are clean, tidy, and inviting for guests, residents, or employees.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Room Cleaning: Clean and tidy guest rooms, offices, or other assigned areas according to established standards and procedures.
  • Linen and Laundry: Change bed linens, towels, and other linens as needed, and ensure laundry is washed, dried, folded, and stored properly.
  • Surface Cleaning: Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean surfaces such as windowsills, mirrors, and countertops.
  • Bathroom Cleaning: Sanitize and clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and fixtures, and replenish toiletries and supplies.
  • Trash Removal: Empty trash cans and dispose of waste in designated areas, ensuring cleanliness and odor control.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning products, toiletries, and linens, and report any shortages to supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma or degree; additional training or certification in housekeeping is a plus.
  • Experience: 1year relevant experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred.
  • Skills: Must be fluent in English , German language A2 preferred, Time management, and organizational skills; physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and lifting; teamwork.
  • Hygiene Knowledge: Understanding of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety protocols to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.

Position: Kitchen Helper

Overview: Kitchen Helpers provide crucial support to chefs and kitchen staff in restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, and other food service establishments. They assist with food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Food Preparation: Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, peeling fruits, and portioning ingredients under the guidance of kitchen staff.
  • Dishwashing: Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans by hand or using dishwashers, ensuring cleanliness and proper sanitation standards are met.
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean kitchen surfaces, equipment, and appliances, including countertops, stovetops, ovens, and refrigerators, using designated cleaning agents.
  • Stocking Supplies: Ensure adequate stock of food, beverages, and kitchen supplies by restocking items as needed and rotating inventory to maintain freshness.
  • Assisting Cooks and Chefs: Assist cooks and chefs with food assembly, plating, and garnishing dishes, as well as retrieving ingredients and utensils during meal preparation.
  • Trash Removal: Empty trash bins and remove waste from kitchen areas, disposing of garbage in designated receptacles and following waste disposal procedures.
  • Maintaining Kitchen Equipment: Clean and maintain kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, grills, and ovens, reporting any malfunction or damage to supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree or diploma ; culinary training or food safety certification is a plus.
  • Experience: 1year relevant experience, in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
  • Skills: Basic food preparation skills; ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail; teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Physical Requirements: Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • Hygiene Knowledge: Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen.

Work Environment:
