Qualification:
- Experience: Candidate should have minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex mechanical issues efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in diagnosing problems and performing repairs accurately.
- Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
- Customer Service: Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy parts and standing for extended periods.
- Certifications: IELTS of 4 in all band/ PTE 43 is mandatory. Completion of automotive technician training programs and relevant certifications (e.g., ASE certification) is often required or preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Work in a repair shop, dealership, or automotive service center.
- May require working evenings, weekends, or overtime to meet customer demand or address emergency repairs.
