Job Designation: Store Keeper
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring that inventory is always updated.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability without overstocking.
- Receiving and Inspecting Goods:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.
- Inspect the quality and quantity of goods received and report any discrepancies or damages.
- Ensure proper labeling and documentation of received goods.
- Storage and Organization:
- Organize and store goods in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Ensure that storage areas are clean, secure, and well-maintained.
- Implement proper storage techniques to prevent damage and deterioration of goods.
- Issuance of Materials:
- Issue materials and products to relevant departments as requested, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking.
- Maintain records of issued items and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; additional education or certification in inventory management or logistics is a plus.
- Minimum 4 yeras of experience in FMCG Industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
