Job Title: Life/Pool Guard, Conceirge, Driver/Chauffer

Job Title: Life/Pool Gurad

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  1. Surveillance and Monitoring:
  • Constantly monitor pool or beach areas to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Scan the water and surrounding areas continuously to identify potential hazards or safety concerns.
  • Enforce facility rules and regulations to ensure the safety of all guests.

2. Emergency Response and Rescue:

  • Respond immediately to emergencies, including water rescues, injuries, or other incidents.
  • Perform life-saving techniques such as CPR, first aid, and other emergency medical procedures as needed.
  • Alert emergency services and coordinate rescue operations during severe incidents.

3. Safety Education and Enforcement:

  • Educate guests on safety procedures and proper swimming techniques.
  • Conduct safety drills and provide guidance on safe behavior around water.

4. Facility Maintenance and Inspection:

  • Inspect pool, beach, and facility areas regularly for potential safety hazards.
  • Ensure that safety equipment, such as lifebuoys, rescue tubes, and first aid kits, are in good working condition.
  • Report and address any maintenance or repair needs promptly.

Qualifications:

  1. Certifications:
  • 10th or Higher Secondary .
  • Additional water safety training or advanced lifeguard certification is a plus.

2. Experience:

  • Prior experience as a lifeguard or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Experience working in high-traffic aquatic facilities or beaches is advantageous.

3.Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
  • Ability to stay focused and maintain vigilance for extended periods.

Job Title: Conceirge

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  1. Guest Services:
  • Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing any concerns or special requests.

2. Information and Recommendations:

  • Provide guests with information about local attractions, restaurants, entertainment, and services.
  • Offer personalized recommendations based on guests’ preferences and interests.
  • Arrange transportation, tours, and other activities as requested.

3. Reservation Management:

  • Make reservations for dining, entertainment, travel, and other services on behalf of guests.
  • Coordinate with external service providers to ensure guest arrangements are executed smoothly.

Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  3. Previous experience in a concierge or guest service role.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Title: Driver/Chauffer

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  1. Transportation Services:
  • Safely transport clients to various destinations, such as airports, meetings, events, and other locations.
  • Plan routes to ensure timely arrivals, considering traffic conditions and client preferences.
  • Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle and with any luggage or personal items.

2. Vehicle Maintenance:

  • Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is in excellent working condition.
  • Schedule and perform routine maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times, both inside and out.

3. Customer Service:

  • Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring that clients feel comfortable and valued.
  • Address any client inquiries or concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding clients’ personal and professional matters.

4. Safety and Compliance:

  • Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Ensure the use of seat belts and other safety measures for all passengers.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Chauffeur’s license or commercial driver’s license (CDL) as required by local regulations.
  • Previous experience as a professional driver or chauffeur is preferred.
  • Experience in providing transportation services to executives or high-profile clients is an advantage.
