Job Title: Constrution Worker
Job Summary: A construction worker performs various tasks to aid in the construction, maintenance, and repair of buildings, roads, and other structures. This role involves a combination of physical labor, use of machinery, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work well with a team, and has a strong understanding of construction techniques and tools.
Responsibilities may included but are not limited to:
- Site Preparation:
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, ensuring all necessary tools and materials are available.
- Set up and take down temporary structures, such as scaffolding.
- Material Handling:
- Load and unload building materials and distribute them to the appropriate locations on site.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete and other materials.
- Construction Tasks:
- Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth to prepare for construction.
- Assist in erecting, leveling, and installing building framework using hand and power tools.
- Lay bricks, blocks, and stones to build walls and other structures.
- Equipment Operation:
- Operate and tend to machinery and equipment such as cement mixers, drills, and saws.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
- Demolition and Cleanup:
- Perform demolition activities, including dismantling structures and removing hazardous materials.
- Clean up sites after work, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
Qualifications:
- SSLC or equivalent.
- Candidates should have minimum 1 year relevant expirence.
- Basic knowledge in English.
Working Conditions:
