Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Construction:
- Lay bricks, concrete blocks, stones, and other masonry units to construct walls, partitions, arches, and other structures.
- Build foundations, patios, walkways, and other hardscaping elements.
- Repair and Maintenance:
- Repair and restore existing masonry structures, including historical restorations and modern repairs.
- Repoint and replace damaged mortar and bricks.
- Mixing and Applying Mortar:
- Mix and apply mortar or other binding agents to join bricks, stones, and blocks.
- Ensure proper consistency and application to achieve strong, durable bonds.
Qualifications:
- SSLC or equivalent.
- Candidates should have minimum 1 year of relevant experince.
- Basic knowledge in English.
Job Title: Bricklayer
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Bricklaying and Block Laying:
- Lay bricks, concrete blocks, and other types of building blocks in mortar to construct and repair walls, partitions, arches, and other structures.
- Ensure accurate alignment, spacing, and leveling of bricks.
- Mixing and Applying Mortar:
- Mix mortar and other binding materials to the correct consistency.
- Apply mortar to bricks or blocks and lay them in precise patterns.
- Blueprints and Technical Drawings:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Plan and execute bricklaying tasks according to design specifications.
- Cutting and Shaping:
- Cut and shape bricks or blocks to fit specific designs and dimensions using hand tools and power tools.
- Ensure neat and accurate trimming and finishing of materials.
Qualifications:
- SSLC or equivalent.
- Candidates should have minimum 1 year of relevant experince.
- Basic knowledge in English.
