Job Title: Nurses

Job Summary: The Nurse provides and coordinates patient care, educates patients and the public about various health conditions, and provides advice and emotional support to patients and their family members.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  1. Patient Care:
    • Perform physical exams and health histories.
    • Provide health promotion, counseling, and education.
    • Administer medications, wound care, and other personalized interventions.
    • Interpret patient information and make critical decisions about needed actions.
    • Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals.
  2. Treatment Planning:
    • Assess patient health problems and needs.
    • Develop and implement nursing care plans.
    • Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
  3. Medical Equipment and Diagnostic Testing:
    • Operate medical equipment.
    • Monitor and record patient conditions.
    • Conduct diagnostic tests and analyze results.
  4. Collaboration and Teamwork:
    • Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
    • Act as a liaison between patients and other healthcare providers.
  5. Patient and Family Education:
    • Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and post-hospital care.
    • Explain procedures and treatments to gain patient cooperation and alleviate apprehension.
  6. Compliance and Safety:
    • Adhere to established protocols, policies, and procedures.
    • Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
    • Maintain patient confidentiality and rights.

Qualifications:

  1. BSc nursing with valid licence.
  2. Minimum 1 year experience as an Nurse.
  3. German language -B2.

Work Environment:

  1. Work may require evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  2. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift/move patients or heavy equipment.
