Job Title: Heavy/ Light Bus Driver

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  1. Operate Bus Safely: Drive buses ranging from heavy-duty to light-duty vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety policies. Ensure the safety of passengers, pedestrians, and other road users at all times.
  2. Follow Routes and Schedules: Transport passengers according to established routes and timetables. Maintain punctuality and adhere to schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
  3. Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional customer service to passengers. Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and luggage as needed. Address passenger inquiries and concerns in a friendly and helpful manner.
  4. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in good working condition. Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly to the appropriate personnel.
  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, mileage, and passenger counts. Complete daily logs and reports as required by company policies and regulatory agencies.
  6. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of seat belts and other safety equipment. Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, following established procedures.
  7. Communication: Maintain open communication with dispatchers, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate schedules, routes, and operational changes.


  1. Candidate should have minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  2. UAE driving license.
  3. Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. .Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
