Job Title: Production Helper
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment: This includes sweeping, mopping, removing debris, and keeping workstations organized.
- Loading and unloading materials: Production helpers ensure a steady flow of materials by loading raw materials into machines and unloading finished products.
- Operating machinery (basic): In some cases, helpers may operate basic machinery or assist machine operators with tasks.
- Quality control: They may perform visual inspections to check for defects in products.
- Data collection: Recording data from gauges and charts to monitor production.
- Machine maintenance: Basic cleaning, lubrication, and reporting any equipment malfunctions are some common helper tasks.
