- Inspection & Quality Control: Inspect finished welds for strength, precision, and conformance to design specifications, using tools like calipers and gauges.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of proven experience as a MIG welder or relevant certification in welding.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
- Knowledge of welding techniques, including the selection of electrodes, wire feed speed, and shielding gas.
- Familiarity with different metals and their properties, particularly in relation to heat and welding requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity.
