1. Waiter / Server
- Responsibilities may include but are not lmited to:
- Greet guests, present menus, and explain menu items.
- Take orders accurately, relay them to the kitchen or bar, and deliver food and drinks promptly.
- Respond to guest questions and special requests.
- Monitor tables, clear dishes, and handle payment transactions.
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and card transactions.
2. Runner
- Responsibilities may include but are not lmited to:
- Assist servers by delivering food and drinks to tables.
- Ensure each dish meets presentation standards before delivery.
- Help clear tables and assist in maintaining a clean dining environment.
- Support the kitchen and serving staff as needed.
- Skills Required:
- Physical stamina and agility.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent time-management skills.
3. Host / Hostess
- Responsibilities may include but are not lmited to:
- Greet guests upon arrival, manage reservations, and seat them according to a seating plan.
- Answer phone calls, manage waitlists, and handle inquiries.
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the dining area.
- Coordinate with servers and runners to ensure a smooth guest experience.

4. Barista
- Responsibilities may include but are not lmited to:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.

- Ensure proper food and beverage storage and handling standards.
- Skills Required:
- Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques.

5. Cashier

6. Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)

- Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and cooking of food.
- Ensure that food preparation is up to company standards and quality.
- Assist in managing kitchen inventory and stocking ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Skills Required:
- Culinary training or relevant kitchen experience.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene.

7. Commis / Line Cook
- Responsibilities may include but are not lmited to:
- Prepare ingredients for dishes, including washing, chopping, and measuring.
- Follow recipes and instructions to cook food to specifications.
- Assist in food plating and presentation.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
- Skills Required:
