About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective B2B marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to business growth.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Brand Development and Positioning:
- Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
- Create compelling brand messaging and positioning statements.
- Manage brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Content Marketing:
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy, including creating high-quality content like blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Optimize content for SEO and distribute it through various channels.
- Digital Marketing:
- Manage and optimize the company’s website and social media channels.
- Implement effective digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and SEO.
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics.
- Lead Generation and Sales Enablement:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and convert qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary marketing materials and tools to close deals.
- Event Marketing:
- Plan and execute marketing events, such as trade shows, webinars, and conferences.
- Manage event logistics, including budgeting, vendor selection, and attendee engagement.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
- Any bachelor’s degree or PG.
- 4 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, digital marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
