Job Title: CNC Miller
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Machine Operation
- Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components as per specifications.
- Follow job orders, blueprints, and technical drawings to achieve desired results.
- Monitor the machining process, making adjustments as necessary to maintain accuracy and quality.
2.Setup and Calibration
- Set up CNC milling machines, including installing and aligning tools, workpieces, and fixtures.
- Conduct machine calibration and tool offset adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
3. Quality Control
- Inspect completed parts using precision tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Ensure components meet required tolerances and quality standards.

3. Collaboration
