Job Summary: A General Worker is responsible for performing a variety of manual tasks to support daily operations in a workplace. This role typically involves assisting with physical labor, maintaining cleanliness, operating tools or machinery, and following instructions from supervisors to ensure a smooth workflow. General workers may be employed in industries such as construction, manufacturing, warehousing, or maintenance.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing materials.
- Assist skilled workers with various tasks, including assembling, packing, or operating machinery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace.
- Follow safety regulations and company procedures to prevent accidents.
- Load and unload materials, tools, or products as needed.
- Perform minor repairs, maintenance, or basic quality checks.
- Report any workplace hazards, damages, or issues to the supervisor.
- Support other team members with assigned tasks to ensure efficiency.
Requirements & Skills:
