Job Title: Receptionist
Job Summary:Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Manage visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes if required.
- Phone and Email Handling:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
- Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Administrative Support:
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain records, spreadsheets, and documents.
- Customer Service:
- Assist visitors and clients with their inquiries.
- Provide basic information about the company and its services.
- Other Duties:
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Coordinate with other departments as needed.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Experience: Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
