Job Title:STAFF NURSE(HOMECARE)
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes as assigned by the hospital
- Assess patient health conditions, monitor vital signs, and document care provided
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and wound care as per physician orders
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, mobility, and hygiene
- Operate and monitor medical equipment used in home settings
- Educate patients and family members on treatment plans, medication use, and home care procedures
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families
