Job Title: Carers
Job Summary: To provide personal, emotional, and practical support to individuals who require assistance due to age, illness, or disability, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being at all times.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Support clients with mobility, including using wheelchairs, walking aids, and transfers.
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Administer medication under guidance and maintain accurate records.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, encouraging social interaction.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment.
- Monitor clients’ health conditions and report changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of health, hygiene, and safety practices.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc/ GNM/ ANM Nursing.
- Certification in caregiving or healthcare assistance (advantageous).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Basic First Aid and CPR training (advantageous).
