Job Title: Staff Nurse

Job Summary: To provide high-quality nursing care to patients by assisting doctors, monitoring patient conditions, administering medication, and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and healthcare standards.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities.
  • Support physicians during examinations, treatments, and medical procedures.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and reports as per hospital standards.
  • Ensure infection control practices and patient safety protocols are followed.
  • Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
  • Prepare and maintain medical equipment, instruments, and supplies.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid/CPR when necessary.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care.
  • Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge procedures of patients.
  • Uphold confidentiality and maintain professional ethics in patient care.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • B.Sc. or GNM Nursing.
  • Prometric with dataflow required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
