Job Title: Nurses
Job Summary: The Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patient health, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. The role requires compassion, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily needs.
- Prepare patients for examinations, treatments, and surgeries.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and charts.
- Ensure timely administration of prescribed medications and treatments.
- Observe and report changes in patients’ conditions to physicians and supervisors.
- Educate patients and families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Follow infection control and hospital safety protocols.
- Handle medical equipment responsibly and report malfunctions.
- Support emergency care and first-aid procedures as required.
- Participate in training, quality improvement programs, and health awareness activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc. / GNM in Nursing (valid Nursing Council registration).
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Prometric and Data flow.
- Knowledge of nursing principles, medical procedures, and hospital protocols.
- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts.
- Team-oriented with high professional ethics.
