Job Title: Staff Nurse
Job Summary: The Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care by assisting doctors, monitoring patient health conditions, administering medications, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for recovery. The role requires compassion, strong communication, and professional clinical skills to meet patient needs effectively.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and recording medical information.
- Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-hospital care.
- Ensure infection control and hygiene standards are followed.
- Respond promptly to patient needs, emergencies, and critical situations.
- Manage and maintain medical equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare staff to ensure holistic patient care.
- Support in planning and implementing patient care programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Valid Nursing License/Registration as per local regulatory authority.
- Minimum 2+ years of Clinical experience.
- Knowledge of nursing care methods, procedures, and emergency protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and attentive to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
