1. Staff Nurse
Job Summary: The Staff Nurse provides high-quality patient care, administers medications and treatments, and supports patients’ physical and emotional well-being under the supervision of physicians and nursing supervisors.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, injections, and IV therapy.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure infection control, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and aftercare.
- Support emergency care and first aid procedures when required.
- Maintain medical equipment and supplies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma / B.Sc. in Nursing (GNM / B.Sc. Nursing).
- Registered Nurse License (as per local regulations).
- Candidate should have minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
2. Lab Technician
Job Summary: The Lab Technician conducts tests, analyses, and experiments on patient samples to assist in diagnosis, treatment, and disease prevention.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Collect, label, and analyze biological samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.).
- Prepare reagents, solutions, and lab equipment for testing.
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
- Record and interpret test results; prepare reports for doctors and healthcare staff.
- Maintain laboratory instruments and ensure proper calibration.
- Follow strict safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols.
- Dispose of biological waste according to laboratory safety standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT).
- Candidate should have minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of infection control and lab safety regulations.
3. Radiographer
Job Summary: The Radiographer operates imaging equipment to perform X-rays, CT scans, MRI, or other radiologic examinations to assist doctors in diagnosing medical conditions.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Operate X-ray, CT, MRI, or ultrasound equipment as per physician’s instructions.
- Position patients correctly to obtain accurate and clear diagnostic images.
- Maintain imaging equipment and report technical malfunctions.
- Adhere to radiation safety standards and protective protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient and imaging records.
- Support radiologists in reviewing and archiving images.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s in Radiography or Medical Imaging Technology.
- Valid certification or license to practice (as per local regulations).
- Candidate should have minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical and patient-handling skills.
- Awareness of radiation safety and equipment maintenance.
