Job Title: Factory Worker
Job Summary: The Factory Worker is responsible for performing general production, assembly, or packaging tasks in a manufacturing environment. The role involves operating machinery, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring quality control, and following safety and production guidelines to meet daily targets.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Operate machinery or equipment used in the manufacturing process.
- Assemble, pack, or label products as per company standards.
- Inspect products for quality and report defects or damages.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear as required.
- Load and unload raw materials or finished goods.
- Assist in warehouse duties such as material handling and storage.
- Support team members and supervisors in meeting production goals.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report equipment malfunctions.
- Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic English knowledge.
- Previous experience in factory or manufacturing work is an advantage.
