  1. Factory Worker

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Operate machinery or equipment used in the manufacturing process.
  • Assemble, pack, or label products as per company standards.
  • Inspect products for quality and report defects or damages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear as required.
  • Load and unload raw materials or finished goods.
  • Assist in warehouse duties such as material handling and storage.
  • Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Basic English knowledge.
  • Previous experience in factory or manufacturing work is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of machinery operation and production processes.

2. KITCHEN HELPER

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Assist cooks and chefs with basic food preparation tasks
  • Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables, meat, and ingredients
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
  • Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools
  • Help in unloading and organizing kitchen supplies

Requirements:

3. DISHWASHERS

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Wash dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans by hand or using dishwashing machines
  • Ensure all kitchen items are cleaned and sanitized according to hygiene standards
  • Load and unload dishwashing machines properly
  • Organize and store clean dishes in designated areas
  • Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and kitchen surfaces

4. FACADE WORKERS/PAINTERS

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare exterior building surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and repairing damaged areas
  • Apply exterior paints, coatings, waterproofing materials, and protective finishes
  • Carry out wall plastering, patching, sealing, and crack filling
  • Mix paints and materials according to specifications
  • Identify surface defects and recommend suitable repairs or treatments

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Basic English knowledge.
  • Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in facade workers/painter.

5. LOCKSMITHS

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Install, repair, replace, and adjust locks, door hardware, and security devices.
  • Cut, duplicate, and program keys, transponders, and access cards.
  • Respond to lockouts and provide emergency unlocking services.
  • Re-key locks and change codes for safety and access control.
  • Install and service door closers, panic bars, hinges, and related hardware.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Basic English knowledge.
  • Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in locksmiths

6. MECHANICS

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Inspect and diagnose vehicle or machine problems
  • Perform regular maintenance and servicing
  • Repair or replace faulty parts
  • Use diagnostic tools and manuals
  • Test equipment after repairs
  • Maintain service and repair records

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a mechanic or technician
  • Knowledge of vehicle or machinery systems
  • Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical faults
  • Skill in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment
  • Basic English knowledge.

7. DUMP TRUCK DRIVERS AND HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATORS

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Operate dump trucks safely on construction, mining, or road sites
  • Transport soil, sand, gravel, asphalt, and debris to assigned locations
  • Load and unload materials carefully to avoid spills or damage
  • Perform excavation, grading, lifting, material handling, and leveling work
  • Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment
  • Maintain work accuracy based on site plans or supervisor instructions

Requirements:

  • Valid heavy vehicle driving license
  • Good knowledge of traffic laws and safety rules
  • Valid operating license or certificate for heavy machinery
  • Knowledge of construction site safety standards
  • Experience in operating machines like excavator, loader, bulldozer, crane, or roller

8. WELDERS AND STEEL FIXER

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Join metal parts using welding methods.
  • Maintain tools and equipment.
  • Repair faulty welds if needed.
  • Cut and bend steel bars as required.
  • Fix steel in position for concreting.
  • Follow safety procedures.
  • Complete work on time and as per quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a welder.
  • Knowledge of different welding methods (MIG / TIG / ARC / Gas).
  • Skill in using welding tools and machines.
  • Knowledge of safety rules and PPE usage.
  • Experience in steel fixing / rebar work.
  • Knowledge of reinforcement spacing and tying methods.
  • Physically strong and able to work on construction sites.
