Country Description: Guyana is a country located on the northern coast of South America, bordered by Venezuela to the west, Brazil to the south and southwest, Suriname to the east, and the Atlantic Ocean to the north. It is the only English-speaking country in South America and is considered part of the Caribbean region culturally and politically.

  1. ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and statements.
  • Record daily transactions such as invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management or regulatory authorities.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor financial performance against budgets.
  • Manage payments to suppliers and collection from clients/customers.
  • Assist internal or external auditors during financial audits.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Fluent in english
  • proficient with quick books software or knowledge of similar software

2. WELDER FABRICATOR

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Selecting appropriate materials and welding equipment for the task.
  • Cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components using welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, or other relevant methods).
  • Fabricating and repairing metal structures and equipment according to specifications.
  • Ensuring welds meet quality standards and performing inspections.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and fabrication methods.
  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Basic english communication

3. HEAVY TRUCK DRIVER

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Safely operate heavy trucks, including tractor-trailers, tankers, or dump trucks, following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure proper maintenance and identify any mechanical issues.
  • Load and unload cargo carefully, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads.
  • Plan routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules while considering traffic, road conditions, and fuel stops.
  • Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel use, deliveries, and any incidents or delays.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Valid heavy truck or commercial driver’s license
  • Proven experience driving heavy trucks, tractor-trailers, or similar large vehicles.
  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Basic english communication
