- PLASTERER
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and cleaning surfaces (walls, ceilings, and other structures) for plastering.
- Mixing plaster, cement, and other materials to achieve the correct consistency.
- Applying plaster or other finishing materials to walls, ceilings, and partitions.
- Smoothing and leveling surfaces using trowels, floats, and other hand tools.
- Repairing cracks, holes, or damaged surfaces to ensure a uniform finish.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completed apprenticeship or formal training in plastering or related construction trade.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices.
- Proven experience as a plasterer or in a similar role.
2. NTERIOR PAINTER
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Preparing interior surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
- Selecting and mixing paint colors according to specifications.
- Applying primer, paint, or other finishes to walls, ceilings, trim, and other interior surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Protecting furniture, fixtures, and flooring from paint splatters by using drop cloths and masking tape.
- Maintaining painting tools and equipment in good condition.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an interior painter or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of different painting techniques, materials, and finishes.
- Ability to prepare and repair surfaces before painting.
- Familiarity with brushes, rollers, spray guns, and other painting tools.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of color and design.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle painting tasks for extended periods.
3. CARPENTERS
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical plans.
- Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, metal, or other materials using hand tools and machinery.
- Constructing, installing, and repairing furniture, cabinets, doors, windows, and other structures.
- Assembling and fitting structures and fixtures with precision.
- Ensuring all work meets safety standards and quality specifications.
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plans.
- Strong mathematical skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.
- Physical stamina and dexterity for handling materials and performing manual tasks.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures on construction sites.
4. CLEANERS
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to maintain cleanliness
- Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste properly.
- Maintaining cleaning equipment and reporting any damages.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
5. BARTENDERS
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers
- Mixing ingredients according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Taking orders and handling payments efficiently.
- Monitoring customer behavior and ensuring responsible alcohol service.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a bartender or in customer service is preferred.

6. ROOM SERVICE
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Setting up trays, linens, and necessary utensils in guest rooms.
