Job Title: CLEANERS & HELPERS
Job Summary: Cleaners & Helpers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in assigned areas such as offices, hospitals, residential buildings, hotels, factories, or public spaces. The role includes routine cleaning tasks, assisting with basic support duties, and ensuring a safe, tidy, and pleasant environment for staff, visitors, and residents. Cleaners & Helpers follow established cleaning procedures, use cleaning equipment and materials safely, and support daily operations as required.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning and sanitizing floors, walls, windows, furniture
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting assigned areas
- Collecting, segregating, and disposing of waste according to guidelines
- Replenishing supplies such as soap, tissues, and cleaning materials
- Operating and maintaining basic cleaning equipment and tools
- Reporting damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to supervisors
- Following health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Ensuring cleanliness of work areas before, during, and after duty hours
Requirements:
- Any degree.
- Physically fit and able to handle routine cleaning duties
- Fluent in English
- Good time management and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and carrying
