Job Summary:The Admin Cum Client Relation Officer at an Autism Centre is responsible for managing administrative operations while serving as the primary point of contact for parents, caregivers, therapists, and external stakeholders. The role ensures smooth coordination of appointments, documentation, and communication, while providing empathetic, professional support to families. This position plays a vital role in maintaining organized centre operations and fostering positive, trust-based relationships with clients in a sensitive and care-focused environment.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for parents, caregivers, visitors, and clients, ensuring a warm and supportive experience
