Job Title: ADMIN CUM CLIENT RELATION OFFICER
Job Summary:The Admin Cum Client Relation Officer at an Autism Centre is responsible for managing administrative operations while serving as the primary point of contact for parents, caregivers, therapists, and external stakeholders. The role ensures smooth coordination of appointments, documentation, and communication, while providing empathetic, professional support to families. This position plays a vital role in maintaining organized centre operations and fostering positive, trust-based relationships with clients in a sensitive and care-focused environment.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Serve as the first point of contact for parents, caregivers, visitors, and clients, ensuring a warm and supportive experience
- Handle enquiries related to autism assessment, therapy programs, appointments, and centre services
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage therapy sessions, assessments, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate client records, case files, reports, and confidential documentation
- Coordinate with therapists, special educators, psychologists, and support staff for smooth daily operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Bcom with Excel knowledge
- English Fluent
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) and basic data entry systems
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, care-focused environment
