Job Title: SEAFOOD PROCESSING PROJECT
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning and processing fish onboard
- Filleting fish
- Processing seafood: fish, crabs, shrimp
- Sorting and packing products
- Loading and unloading seafood
- Cleaning production areas and equipment
- General onboard cleaning and support tasks
- Assisting during fishing operations
- Sorting the catch after nets or traps are hauled
Qualifications & Skills
- Plus Two
- Basic non-technical deck support work
- Basic English
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for long hours
- STCW Basic Safety Training (BST)
- Maritime Medical Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
