Job Title: HOME CARE NURSE
Job Summary:A Home Care Nurse in Ireland provides professional, compassionate, and patient-centred nursing care to individuals in their own homes. The role involves assessing health needs, delivering clinical treatments, monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate records, and supporting patients and families to promote independence, safety, and wellbeing. Home Care Nurses work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality community-based care.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes
- Assess patient health conditions and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and observe patient progress
- Perform wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and reports
- Communicate with doctors and healthcare team members
- Promote patient comfort, dignity, and independence
Requirements:
- BSc or GNM NURSING
- Minimum 2 years of Experience
- Valid LMV license
- Valid OET – C / IELTS – 4.5 Certification
