- STORE KEEPER
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Organize and store items in designated locations
- Issue materials as per requisitions and maintain logs
- Monitor stock movement and identify shortages or excess
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits
2. SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Supervise, guide, and motivate team members
- Assign duties and monitor staff performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain quality standards and productivity levels
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching
3.ACCOUNTANT
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Manage general ledger entries, journals, and reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Prepare and file tax returns and statutory reports
4. TIME KEEPER
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Accurately record employee attendance, working hours, overtime, and leave
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly timekeeping records
- Verify timesheets for accuracy and completeness
- Monitor employee punctuality and report discrepancies
- Prepare attendance and overtime reports for management and payroll
- Coordinate with supervisors regarding shift schedules and attendance issues
- Update employee time data in payroll or HR systems
5. QUALITY CHECKER
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Inspect products or materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Conduct visual and functional quality checks at different production stages
- Monitor production processes to identify defects or deviations
- Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation
- Report quality issues to supervisors and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies and procedures
6. DRIVER
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and regulations
- Transport passengers, goods, or materials to designated locations on time
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle
- Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently
7. BIKE RIDER
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Safely operate a motorcycle/bicycle to deliver items on assigned routes
- Pick up and deliver packages, food, or documents promptly
- Follow traffic laws, road safety rules, and company policies
- Verify delivery details such as address, contact person, and items
- Collect payments or obtain delivery confirmations when required
- Maintain accurate delivery records and logs
8. PACKING HELPER
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Assist in packing products according to company standards and instructions
- Sort, label, and seal packages accurately
- Ensure correct quantity and quality of items before packing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing area
- Handle materials carefully to prevent damage
- Support loading and unloading of packed goods
9. FRUIT PICKERS
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Harvest fruits according to quality and ripeness standards
- Pick, sort, and pack fruits carefully to avoid damage
- Identify and separate damaged or low-quality produce
- Carry and load harvested fruits into containers or bins
- Operate basic harvesting tools and equipment safely
10. GENERAL HELPER
- Assisting skilled workers with daily operational tasks
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Supporting basic maintenance and housekeeping duties
- Following instructions from supervisors and team leaders
