- CAR WASHER
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Wash and clean vehicle exteriors using water, soap, brushes, and automated equipment
- Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors including seats, carpets, and floor mats
- Clean windows, mirrors, and windshields to ensure clear visibility
- Apply wax, polish, and protective finishes when required
- Remove dirt, grease, oil, and stains from vehicles
- Inspect vehicles for existing damage and report any issues to supervisor
2. ROOM ATTENDANT
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms daily according to hotel standards
- Changing bed linens and replacing used towels and amenities
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting room surfaces
- Inspecting rooms for damages and reporting maintenance issues
- Following health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
3. BAR TENDER
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Greet customers warmly and take drink and food orders

- Mix, garnish, and present drinks in a consistent and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and glassware
- Check customer identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
4. DELIVERY BOY
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Deliver packages, documents, and goods to customers on time and in good condition
- Collect cash, digital payments, or obtain delivery signatures when required
- Verify delivery details and match items with invoices or orders
- Load and unload items carefully to prevent damage
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the delivery vehicle/bike
5. DATA ENTRY
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Entering and updating data accurately into computer systems and databases
- Verifying data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Reviewing and correcting errors in data entries
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Organizing and managing digital and physical files
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
6. ORDER TAKER
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Greet customers courteously and take food or product orders accurately
- Understand menu items or product offerings and explain them clearly to customers
- Enter orders correctly into the POS or ordering system
- Answer customer questions regarding ingredients, pricing, and promotions
- Ensure special requests and dietary requirements are noted properly
7. CASHIER
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Operate cash register and POS systems accurately
- Process cash, card, and digital payments
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges
- Balance cash drawer at the start and end of shifts
- Handle customer complaints politely and efficiently
8. LOADING UNLOADING
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Load and unload goods, materials, and products from trucks or containers
- Move items safely using manual handling or equipment (trolleys, pallet jacks, forklifts if trained)
- Inspect goods for damage and report any issues
- Stack, organize, and store materials in designated areas
- Ensure correct labeling and handling of products
9. CLEANERS
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning and sanitizing rooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting surfaces
- Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste properly
- Cleaning windows, doors, and glass surfaces
- Replenishing cleaning supplies and toiletries
10. HOUSE KEEPERS
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Making beds and changing linens according to standards
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Replenishing toiletries, towels, and room supplies
- Emptying trash and disposing of waste properly
