Job Title : TRUCK DRIVER
Job Summary:A Truck Driver is responsible for safely transporting goods and materials from one location to another while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations. The role involves operating heavy or light trucks, conducting vehicle inspections, maintaining accurate delivery records, and providing excellent customer service during pickups and deliveries.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Safely operate commercial trucks to transport goods to designated locations
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Load and unload cargo properly, ensuring load security and weight distribution
- Verify delivery instructions, shipping documents, and invoices
- Maintain accurate logs in compliance with DOT regulations
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
- Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and warehouse staff
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies
Qualifications and Skills:
- MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE
- C+E valid license required
- FLUENCY IN ENGLISH
