Job Title: IT TECHNICIAN
Job Summary: An IT Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems, networks, and IT equipment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves providing technical support to users, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring systems are secure, updated, and functioning efficiently. The IT Technician works closely with teams to minimize downtime and support business productivity.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues for users
- Monitor and maintain networks, servers, and system performance
- SOFTWARE & HARDWARE TROUBLESHOOTING CCTV INSTALLATION FOR CHAIN RESTAURANT
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar technical support role
- MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
- Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot DVRs, NVRs, and related equipment
