GENERAL WORKER
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Assisting in shoe production processes such as cutting, stitching, gluing, and finishing
- Operating basic machinery and hand tools as per training and safety guidelines
- Loading, unloading, and moving raw materials and finished products
- Packing, labeling, and sorting shoes for storage or dispatch
- Performing quality checks to identify defects or damages
- Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe
Qualification and Skills
- Prior experience in a shoe factory or manufacturing unit is an advantage
- Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety and hygiene
- Medically fit for factory and standing work
